Provide version v2 of Rest API endpoint deprecating integer IDs

Description

In the perspective of migrating Contacts IDs from numeric value to UUIDs, we need to upgrade the interface methods between WebTop and external EAS/Dav backends. With this we will provide a ready-to-use brand new API (v2 version) that will be able to treat Contact IDs and Category IDs as Strings instead of numbers. Next step will be #WT-1352
