Steps to reproduce:
Make sure to have a valid license installed. Now for eg. we have to expand its seats from 5 to 10.
Deactivate it then click on replace button and provide newly generated license string (of 10 seats)
Expected behaviour:
Activation will be done automatically and new license is ready
Actual behaviour:
An error is reported: “The passed argument 'activatedString' must not be empty“
