Implement custom fields

Description

As a user i would like to create custom fields in order to extend default fields used for some entities across services (eg. events, contacts, tasks). Every user can access to custom fields like other field but the management should be reserved only to a subset of users that have a specific right. Manager user is able to group custom fields into sub-panels and associate them to any entity or tag entity (more dynamic than calendars/categories).

CustomFields management must be enabled assigning CUSTOM_FIELDS:MANAGE permission to a subject.
